At LinksTrackly.com, we aim to provide a transparent and fair experience. Because our services are delivered as prepaid software-as-a-service (SaaS), refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments for subscriptions, usage plans, and custom services are prepaid and non-refundable by default, except as required by applicable law.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or lack of use
  • User error or configuration mistakes
  • Early termination of service by the user
  • Downtime caused by third-party providers or force majeure events

2. Discretionary Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in limited and exceptional circumstances, and any refund remains at the sole discretion of VcareAll Business Services LLC.

These may include:

  • Duplicate charges caused by billing errors
  • Verified technical issues that make the service unusable and remain unresolved by support within 7 business days

To request a discretionary refund, please provide:

  • Full name
  • Account email address
  • Payment reference or invoice details
  • Detailed reason for the request

Response time: We aim to review requests within 5 business days.

3. Refund Scenarios

No Refund Cases

  • Changed your mind
  • Did not use the service
  • User configuration or setup errors
  • Early cancellation by choice
  • External service downtime outside our control

Discretionary Cases

  • Duplicate billing charges
  • Confirmed platform bugs
  • Critical unresolved technical issues
  • Service rendered unusable through verified faults

4. Abuse of Services

If an account is found to be involved in any of the following:

  • Spam, phishing, or unauthorized mass mailing
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Attempts to circumvent fair-usage limits or technical restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate the account
  • Deny refund requests, regardless of subscription status or remaining service time

5. Subscription Management

To avoid unwanted charges, you are responsible for:

  • Monitoring your billing cycle
  • Canceling your plan before the renewal date
  • Managing your account through the LinksTrackly dashboard
Important: Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify you for a refund.

6. Data Storage and Security

  • Data is stored on secure infrastructure
  • Access is limited to authorized personnel
  • We use industry-standard encryption and security controls
